House rules

• Third party bookings are not allowed. (The booking party must be one of the arriving guests).
• No drug use, no violation of applicable laws.
• Visits by unregistered guests are generally not permitted and require our consent.
• Furniture and other furnishings may not be moved.
• Carrying of weapons is prohibited.
• Complete smoking ban in the house (this also applies to e-cigarettes and incense sticks etc.).

Terms of payment:

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made in advance by credit card or PayPal. Payment by Twint or bank transfer is also possible by arrangement. The guest room is reserved only after receipt of payment.

Cancellation:

Cancellation must be made in writing and is possible and free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If payment is made by credit card, the transaction fee of 10 % will be charged to the cancelling party.

In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the following cancellation fees are due:

• 7th to 2nd day before arrival: 50 %
• 2nd day to no-show: 100 %

Contract termination:

Bespoke Bed Guestroom is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect and to demand the immediate evacuation and surrender of the room if you violate the duties of care.
